Gina has over 25 years of managing practices, sales and dental staffing.
She has a degree in business from Western Michigan University
and has completed the qualifications for the DiSC® certification, which has
earned her the title of Certified DiSC® Coach. She also has
written monthly editorials for Doctor of Dentistry Magazine, advising
practices about staffing.
Gina currently serves as a program advisor for Anthem College and is an affiliate to
the Arizona Dental Association.
For two years in a row (2010 and 2011), Desert Dental Staffing has been ranked
as a Top 10 Who's Who in Business Industry Leader in the category of
Employment Services.
Lynnette brings over 20 years of sales and marketing experience to the
Team of Desert Dental Staffing. She attended Kentucky State University
in business and has received top awards in the Dale Carnegie Training Course
and Tom Hopkins International. She has also worked as a Front Office Manager
in a dental practice and understands the dynamics of creating harmony
between the
dentist, employees and patients.
